HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 13 Honoring President Reagan                                                                         
on the 100th anniversary of his birth, was read the second time.                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                        
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.                                                            
Without objection, it was so ordered.

The question being: "Shall HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 13
